Applies ToTeams Microsoft Teams

Team members can take these actions in Lists on both desktop and mobile devices.

To

Do this

Add a list item

Select New Item  Plus sign icon  the top left of the list, and enter the item details.

Edit a list item

Select the item and select Edit   Edit icon (pencil) at the top left of the list. Make  your changes in the card.

Tip: Want to discuss your edits with the team? Select Conversation  Conversation icon in the top right of the detail page and get the conversation going!

Edit several list items

Select Quick Edit  Quick edit icon at the top left of the list. Select cells and enter your changes throughout the list.

Note: You can't attach a file to multiple list items when editing in Quick Edit view. However, you can still attach a file to individual list items in the Quick Edit view.

Delete a list item

Select one or several list items and select Delete  Delete icon at the top left of the list.

Tip: Hold down the Shift key to select several consecutive items, or the Ctrl key to select non-consecutive items.

Select a list item, tap  Three dots  in the top left of the screen, and tap Delete.

Select the items and tap  Delete icon at the top left of the screen.
